SHIPPING POLICY

At 999 Home Foods, we take utmost care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they reach you safely and in good condition.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Tamil Nadu and India through reliable third-party courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Tamil Nadu: 2–5 working days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging & Hygiene

All products are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging under hygienic conditions. Once dispatched, responsibility for transit delays or handling lies with the courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for refund.

  • Re-shipping, if requested, will incur additional shipping charges.​

Damages During Transit

If the outer package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are requested to take clear photos/videos before opening and inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As we deal with food and consumable products, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.

No Returns on Opened Products

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns based on taste preference or personal dislike are not accepted.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We will consider replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect or seal tampering (reported immediately)

Reporting Time

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of outer packaging

  • Order ID and contact details

Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only, subject to product availability.

  • If replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, customers must follow return instructions shared by our support team.

  • Unauthorized returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Delay in delivery beyond estimated timelines

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma (natural for traditional food products)

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
